What Is Graphic Design For?: Type- What language looks like.

Originally shown to my class early on in my Graphic Design degree programme, this video created by Ellen Lupton & Co has stuck with me, and provided a bedrock of knowledge and information about the subject of typography.

A really informative and useful tool to help people engage and respond to the anatomy and development of typefaces and about the variety of design that can be created and utilised- with both the styles of typeface and the speed of the animation helping the video to flow smoothly and naturally- easy to keep up with and read whilst still being fast-paced and involving.

Great for any amateur or new designer, or people interested in design and type in a more general sense.
