Image//Image FMP//Rudolph Nureyev.

Perhaps a bit of a deviation from my original Black Swan research, but I think it's important to note perhaps the World's most respected male ballet dancer, the late, great, Russian dancer, Rudolph Nureyev, of whom I have been a fan of and admired for around six years.
Although, naturally, the muscular tone and form of a male ballerina in comparison to a woman is clearly very different, it has been very interesting looking at the similarities in the ways in which male and female ballerinas hold themselves, and I should still take this into consideration when creating my own illustrative designs.
