*Wholewheat pasta
*Brown rice
*Apples
*Peanuts
*Apricots
*Figs
*Oatmeal
*Spinach
*Carrots
*Low fat yoghurt
*Almonds
*Bananas
*Pears
*Potatoes


-Need to try and veer away from the sugary, quick fix foods...as much of a negative as positive influence on the diet.
