Reasons why it's good to lie...

After scouring the internet, I found lots of interesting  sources as to why it's a good thing for adults to lie to children (such as the one above) but i began to think of how we could justify our product- how can we detach lying from it's negative connotations?

BRAINSTORMING VARIOUS REASONS WHY IT'S GOOD FOR CHILDREN TO LIE...

-encourages creativity.
-develops interlect.
-develops team-building and relationship skills in group-lies.
-develops trust in others (those who are in on the lie!)
-develops confidence.
-develops imagination.

Although lying will, undoubtedly, always have a "bad name", it can be playful and fun too- there's no harm in a little white lie (especially when the lie is so obvious that the parents/adults are fully aware that the child is lying- and thi is often the case!). However, I think the reasons above and genuine, firm arguments for practicing fibs, and I know, speaking as a group, that this is the message that we really want to put across.
